I have worked from part of the care team right up to now part of the management team here at Oaklands and it truly is the best thing I have ever done. My journey through various roles has given me a unique perspective on the dedication required to provide exceptional care, and transitioning into the management team has allowed me to further support our mission from a strategic level. Oaklands is like my second family and I love the warm friendly environment we have created for all of our residents and staff here. This sense of community is the cornerstone of everything we do, ensuring that every individual feels valued, safe, and truly at home within our doors.
