I’m the Managing Director of Oaklands Rest Home, a family-run dementia care home built on a simple belief: care should feel personal, not institutional.

Alongside running Oaklands, I lead iCare Services and the Care Home DigiHive — supporting care providers to use data, technology, and leadership to improve outcomes across people, profit, quality, and time.

At Oaklands, we’ve created a culture where residents are treated like family and team members are expected to take real ownership of the care they deliver. Our approach is grounded in strong values — being caring, respectful, person-centred, honest, and reliable in everything we do .
