Paige Edginton

Hi, I’m Paige, and I work within the Management Support team at Oaklands Rest Home.

I’m often one of the first people residents, families, and visitors speak to when they contact or visit Oaklands, so I always try to make people feel welcomed, supported, and reassured from the very beginning.

My role is incredibly varied, and I enjoy being involved in so many different parts of the home. From supporting the management team and helping families with enquiries, to assisting with recruitment, administration, and the day-to-day organisation of the home, no two days are ever the same.

What I love most about Oaklands is the family atmosphere. There is a genuine sense of care, teamwork, and support throughout the home, and it’s rewarding to be part of a team that truly wants to make a positive difference to people’s lives every day.

I’m passionate about delivering a high standard of support behind the scenes to help the home run smoothly for our residents, families, and team members. I take pride in being approachable, organised, and reliable, and I always try to help wherever I can.
